48-Hour Cancellation Policy

48-hour notice is required. Once you have reserved your appointment with us, it means that space is exclusively for you. If we do not receive a 48-hour notice, we reserve the right to request a 50% deposit to hold your spot for your next appointment. If you again do not show or call, we will charge the full amount of the service booked. We do not get paid unless you show up and we are not able to “fill” your spot in less than 24 hours of your appointment. We understand that sickness and emergencies come up and of course, inclement weather, so some exceptions can be made in these cases. Unfortunately, last minute changes and lack of time management will not be accepted. Reserving your spot is a commitment and we rely on you to honor that commitment. Our livelihood depends on you being here. Without you we couldn’t do what we love and we miss you when you don’t show.
